Sterling Advisors was born from a simple frustration: Bucharest's premium real estate market lacked a voice that matched its ambition. Alin spent over 16 years navigating the capital's most coveted neighborhoods — Herăstrău, Primăverii, Dorobanți, Floreasca, Kiseleff, Aviatorilor — and noticed the same pattern: transactions treated as numbers, never as life decisions.

Advisory, sales & promotion
For developers, we join the project before launch: advice on unit mix and pricing strategy, then exclusive-mandate sales and promotion. Our team has contributed to the sale of more than 1,000 apartments in new Bucharest developments.
New-build representation
For clients who only want new construction: we shortlist the developments worth seeing, arrange the viewings, and negotiate directly with the developer on the buyer's behalf.
Office & Commercial
Leasing and sales of office and retail space. Our experience on this segment includes transactions totalling more than 10,000 sqm for corporate clients.
Property Management
We look after the property once the deal is done: tenant selection, contracts, maintenance, and regular reporting. The owner follows the returns; we handle the rest.
